Phase 1: Mathematics Consolidation
Month 1 - 3- Exhaustively study Class 11 and 12 mathematics concepts and NCERT problems.
- Practice speed shortcuts for trigonometry, algebra, and matrices.
- Take basic diagnostics tests to check conceptual errors in GAT subjects.

Phase 2: GAT Mastery (English & GK)
Month 4 - 6- Cover general science (Class 9-10 Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and social sciences (History, Geography, Civics).
- Build strong English vocabulary and master rules of grammar.
- Begin light physical exercises to build stamina for subsequent SSB interviews.

Phase 3: Sample Papers & Revision
Month 7 - 9- Solve previous years NDA papers to get a grip on the nature of questions.
- Practice attempting mock papers in timed conditions.
- Revise math formula booklets and current affairs updates.
🎓 Subject-Wise Focus & Strategy
Mathematics (Paper I)
High-Yield Topics: Algebra, Trigonometry, Analytical Geometry, Calculus, Probability, Matrices
Requires quick analytical solving. If a problem takes more than 1 minute, learn the shortcut or skip it.
General Ability Test - English (Paper II)
High-Yield Topics: Grammar Rules, Vocabulary, Idioms & Phrases, Synonyms/Antonyms, Ordering of Words
Focus on spotting errors and sentence correction. English is a scoring section of the GAT paper.
GAT - General Knowledge
High-Yield Topics: Indian Freedom Struggle, Physical Geography, General Science (9th/10th), Current Affairs
General science is straightforward and scoring. For Geography, focus on map-based locations and features.

- • Paper I (Maths) has a sectional cutoff (usually 25%). If you do not clear the Maths cutoff, your GAT paper will not even be evaluated.
